"Great Loaction"
Stayed here for three nights mid May. Was pleasntly surprised at a lot of the aspects of the hotel, bearing in mind the cheap price we got for a twin room. Definatly a hotel geared towards business visitors and as a result a little souless but breakfast was excellent, room clean and tidy and location was good for the old town and the Guggenheim.
Would recommend.

"Bilbao, A City For All"
Bilbao is a city that will suit all. For a weekend there is plenty to keep you occupied. Although the city is not particularly geared to tourists, it welcomes you with open arms. If you have the time take the train to the coast and experience a trip over the Nervion river on the world's oldest hanging bridge. The restauraunts do not open until 9pm, eating so late can be a little harsh on the digestion system! We stayed at the Hotel Nervion, the hotel was clean, breakfast was excellent, however the walls were as thin as those in a Formule1 (those of you who have stayed in one will know what I mean)

"Fabulous time at the Barcelo Nervion"
We found the Barcelo Nervion a terrific value as a modern, stylish, chic hotel for 64 euros. Rooms practically luxurious with high-quality linens and new bathroom features.
Bilbao is small enough that being out of the trodden paths didn't bother us - 10 min walk in excellent weather along the river to Guggenheim or Casco Viejo. The location next to the river and the ultramodern Zubizuri bridge is prime.
